Depending on how aggressive your spam filtering is set or your email service providers filters are set, there is a chance you email could be marked as junk. To prevent this and allow your confirmation email through, it is suggested that you add mail@idassociates.ab.ca to your trusted sender list (sometimes also referred to as a white list).
If you haven't received email confirmation of your purchase, check your spam filter and check to make sure your mail provider's service is not "down". Also, check with your system administrator or look at your firewall setting to ensure that you can receive the confirmation. Sometimes, a mail message may become corrupted and will be "thrown out" altogether, or a mail service can be down and omit messages. If you have checked the above and still are concerned about your confirmation, contact our support email.
If you require a letter of invitation please email info@internationalpipelineconference.com for more information.

Occasionally, due to heavy traffic on the Internet, communication between your Internet Service Provider and the Transaction Servers, a time-out can occur, generating the error on our pages. Our system will generate these errors if it detects anything abnormal, to help protect against fraud. If you did not receive an email confirmation that your credit card has been charged for the purchase, then the transaction did not go through (also see I completed my purchase. Why haven't I received confirmation in my email?).
This can happen for a couple of reasons. Your browser may have timed out or there may be a connection error between your Internet Service Provider's Server and our Servers. Also, you may be using a browser that's not supported for IPC online registration.
In general, we support the last two versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari. We do not support Netscape, although it will work in most instances.
Yes, you need to accept cookies and you must make sure that any pop-up blockers are turned off. Once you have completed your transaction, you can turn pop-up blockers back on.
You could be experiencing lag with your Internet connection. Once you've clicked on the proceed to purchase button, please be patient as it could take a couple of seconds for the next screen to come up.
Upon a successful registration, you will receive a confirmation message and confirmation in your email. If you are paying by credit card, the confirmation will show a zero balance owing. If you are paying by another method, it will show the total owing. You should print out this confirmation and include a copy if you are sending us a payment. If you are paying by bank transfer, please quote the invoice number in your correspondence. Please keep a copy as this is your confirmation of registration. If you are not receiving confirmation see I completed my purchase. Why haven't I received confirmation in my email? in this FAQ.
On rare occasions communication errors between the process Server and the payment Server can cause a purchase request to be terminated, or if the window is closed too soon once the credit card number is submitted this can also cause the transaction to be terminated. In both cases this is done to prevent fraud or accidental purchases. If you believe that your registration was successful and don't have a confirmation email, see the FAQ questions dealing with email confirmation.
Go to the main online registration page and enter your email address and password, this will retrieve your registration information. If your registration information is correct, select proceed to payment and select “pay by credit card”, then enter the required information.
All payment information is processed via an encrypted secure bank payment portal. For our privacy policy, see our home page.
If you do not wish to register using our online forms you can download our registration form in pdf format, print the pdf, fill in the required information, and mail/fax to the address/fax number listed on the form.
Our final conference program will be on our website by September 1 although there may be some last minute changes to presentations so you will have to check the schedules when you get on site at the conference.
Your conference badge gives you admittance to the Exposition on all three days, Tuesday, September 28, Wednesday, September 29 and Thursday, September 30.
The visitor profile information provides us with an accurate database which is important to both the conference and the exposition in making certain that we plan our future events to meet the needs of our delegates/attendees.
You can email the Conference Coordinator at laandmrb@shaw.ca who will provide you with a list of other hotel blocks which may be set up if the Hyatt and Marriott blocks are full. Or you can contact www.tourismcalgary.com and click on accommodations.
You can visit the Tourism Calgary website www.tourismcalgary.com
No, the conference has proven to be more of a business conference and therefore no formal spousal/partner programs are set up. During the Conference, we will have a Tourism Calgary booth with staff to provide you with information and it is located on the Second Floor of the Hyatt Regency hotel close to the Conference Registration Area.
