Click here to check the ASME Web Tool on the status of your final paper or copyright form submission. You will need your login id (your email address) and password that were emailed to you upon confirmation of your abstract submission.

Authors are required to attend a mandatory Authors and Session Chairmen’s Breakfast briefing session beginning at 07:00 the morning of their presentation date, located on the third floor of The Hyatt conference area in Rooms Neilson 1 & 2.

Presentations are scheduled for 30 minute time slots, comprised of a 5-minute set-up/tear down, 20 minute presentation followed by a final 5-minute question and answer period.
Authors are not required to submit their presentations ahead of the Conference, simply bring it to your Session on a memory stick or laptop computer. Ensure that your presentation is ready to be uploaded prior to your Session beginning.
