Where papers have been accepted at previous IPCs but the authors failed to present, the Technical Committee reserves the right to require a pre-paid deposit from those authors prior to accepting their paper for IPC 2008.

Abstracts will be judged on their content pertaining to new knowledge or experience/test results and their technical merit and interest relative to the conference. Authors must avoid commercial references within their abstracts and papers.

Final paper acceptance will be at the discretion of the Technical Committee.
