Presentation Schedule
The Conference Technical Program Presentation Schedule is available to view online at the WebTool, https://www.asmeconferences.org/IPC2012/TechnicalProgramOverview.cfm or by paper search at https://www.asmeconferences.org/IPC2012/SearchPaperSchedule.cfm.
Authors are required to attend the mandatory Authors and Session Chairmen’s Breakfast briefing session beginning at 07:00 the morning of their presentation date. Room locations will be in The Hyatt conference area, as per the following schedule:
- Monday - Neilson 1
- Walker/Bannerman on Tuesday
- Hyatt Imperial 4 on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

Technical Presentation Tips
View pointers on delivering a successful presentation
Presentations are scheduled for 30-minute time slots, comprised of a 5-minute set-up/tear down, 20 minute presentation followed by a final 5-minute question and answer period. Authors are not required to submit their presentations ahead of the Conference, simply bring it to your Session on a memory stick or laptop computer. Ensure that your presentation is ready to be uploaded prior to your Session beginning.
